What is the best sunscreen in the summer?

The experts of Skin Cancer Center in Pennsylvania say ultraviolet rays are harmful to human skin always. The immediate damage effect of ultraviolet radiation on the skin appears as sunburn and darkening of the skin that can lead to a range of skin problems, from the crease to skin cancer. But according to Doctor Colette Pameijer, specialist of research center for disease prevention, choosing the right sunscreen can prevent a lot of damage that is difficult and complex despite of different kinds in the market. He says SPF number that is seen on all sunscreen, represents the length of time that a person can exposed to the sun without burning. According to this doctor, to discover the appropriate SPF, people have to consider their skin type. However, he says 30 SPF is mostly ENOUGH, but if it goes up to 55, is ok. He recommends that sunscreen should repeat every two hours. Doctor Pameijer recommends to people who are not friend with sunscreen that wear anti ultraviolet clothes. SPF of an ordinary white t-shirt with is 3, but in anti-ultraviolet dress (UV) is 30 to 50. Doctor Pameijer says: "The best sunscreen is wearable and contrary with creams; the wear sunscreen does not need to be refreshed".
